I was having issues with waking at 3am and not being able to get back to sleep - I have slept soundly through the night every night from the first day of taking this - it has been incredible! Also noticed less sugar cravings, but the sleep thing is massive and will continue taking just for that improvement!
My sweet treat cravings after every meal aren't really there anymore. And if I do feel like something sweet it's not as strong of an urge as it used to be. I noticed this within like a couple of weeks too!
This stuff seriously has changed my life, I've waited only 2 months to write a review and im on my third order and I will never go without this again. Going from easily eating a block of chocolate in a sitting to barely crave sweet things, I've naturally lost a couple kgs without even trying. My periods are regular for the first time in my life and they only last up to 5 days. My periods before were so inconsistent, one time going 4 months without one + they lasted up too 11 days. Will reccomend this to anyone, just give it a go you don't have anything to loose, it's well worth the money - I've saved that much on treats etc I'd say anyway.
I tried this to help with hormonal balance and to reduce my sugar cravings. Unfortunately it didn’t sit well in my stomach and the first time was fine, but then each time after that it gave me diarrhoea and an upset tummy. It’s a shame as I really wanted it to work for me.

It's been two weeks now, and I am amazed that my sugar cravings no longer have a stranglehold over my thoughts. I was looking for something to help with my sugar cravings - willpower was not working! - and for a long time now I have not been able to stop my sugar cravings especially at night - Sick of my expanding waistline and in pure desperation...I googled for products online to help with these cravings....thankfully I came across this product - NZ made, for women and great reviews and I could buy it locally and affordable. I tried it the first time with my dinner...and to my shock...my craving to eat something sweet was no longer hounding me - I thought about the sweet stuff but I didn't have the overwhelming urge to grab anything and eat it! A week of using it now -and I can honestly say the sugar cravings are so low to non- existant. It has also helped with my cravings for potato chips too.

The powder completely dissolves in water so it is very easy to take. It is almost tasteless except for a mild sweetness. I have not experienced any benefit from taking this product daily.
The slightly sweet taste took time to get used to, but I definitely have more energy to get through the day and my period was less severe than usual. Will definitely keep taking BSB!
I have now finished two bottles of this product. So I had been facing unexplained infertility , after getting so many tests done I found out I had very high insulin resistance levels. I used this product for 2 months and my insulin levels came back to normal and for the first time in 4 years I convinced! And cherry on top I’ve been losing weight too which always seemed impossible. For me this product was a miracle product!!!

I had initially had some digestion issues with this but customer support were great and suggested to help I take it with my main meal of the day. Since then no bad side effects. Sad to say wasn't a great experience, gave me headaches for a week & stomach trouble, & fatigue which I found out can be a side effect for some people. Symptoms went away as soon as i stopped this this product. Ended in the trash, was a waste of money for me :(

I have nevvvver had a regular cycle in my 14ish years of having my period - we're talking like 6+ months between periods. OMG after just a few weeks of taking Blood Sugar Babe I got my period after 25 days! I am a total convert! I hate taking pill supplements, I also don't seem to ever finish a pottle before I lose interest and claim "it doesn't work" - but BSB has been a game changer! I have loved this product, been using for about 3 weeks now. I've given up my fizzy drink (bad addiction to this) and feeling much better.
